Ambulance Donated by Kerala Gramin Bank Under CSR Initiative to Archdiocese of Calicut
As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, Kerala Gramin Bank donated a fully equipped ambulance to the Archdiocese of Calicut to support its healthcare and social service ministries.
The symbolic key of the ambulance was formally handed over to Most Rev. Dr. Varghese Chakkalakal, Archbishop of Calicut, during a brief ceremony attended by officials of Kerala Gramin Bank, representatives of the Archdiocese, and invited guests.
Expressing his gratitude, Archbishop Varghese Chakkalakal thanked Kerala Gramin Bank for its generous contribution and appreciated the bank’s commitment to serving society through meaningful CSR initiatives. He noted that the ambulance would greatly strengthen the Archdiocese’s efforts to provide timely medical assistance, particularly to the poor, the sick, and those living in remote areas.
