Annual Feast of St Theresa’s Basilica, Mahe to Be Celebrated from 5–22 October
The Annual Feast of St Theresa’s Basilica, Mahe, will be celebrated from 5 to 22 October with deep faith and devotion.
The eighteen-day feast will feature solemn Holy Eucharistic celebrations, novenas, special prayers, processions, and various liturgical services, drawing thousands of pilgrims from different parts of India and abroad. The celebrations provide the faithful with an opportunity to deepen their faith, seek the intercession of St. Therese of Avila, and experience spiritual renewal.
The principal feast celebrations will take place on 14 and 15 October, with solemn Holy Eucharistic celebrations, special prayers, and the participation of bishops, priests, religious, and thousands of devotees from across the region.
The Basilica warmly invites all the faithful to participate in the annual feast and seek the blessings and intercession of St. Therese of Avila.
