Archbishop Varghese Chakkalakal Inaugurates Ruby Jubilee Celebrations of Bethany Congregation’s Southern Province

The Thanksgiving Holy Eucharist marking the beginning of the Ruby Jubilee Celebrations of the Southern Province of the Bethany Congregation was solemnly celebrated with Most Rev. Dr. Varghese Chakkalakal, Archbishop of Calicut.

Following the Holy Eucharist, Archbishop Chakkalakal formally inaugurated the year-long Ruby Jubilee celebrations. In his homily and inaugural address, he expressed gratitude to God for the abundant blessings bestowed upon the Congregation over the years and commended the members for their dedicated service to the Church through education, pastoral ministry, and social outreach. He also invoked God’s blessings upon the Congregation as it embarks on a new chapter of its mission.

The celebration was attended by sisters from different communities, benefactors, and faithful, who joined in thanksgiving for the rich legacy of the Southern Province and prayed for God’s continued guidance in its future ministries.
